I’m not sure. I was quite disruptive in school and always getting into trouble for talking, and I just got really bored sitting behind a desk. I didn’t like english and maths and I didn’t find them very challenging.

I was always interested in hearing science stories in the media, like new breakthroughs and things, and science was my favourite class. I really liked the experiments and I thought biology and chemistry were really interesting. My science teachers were great, really fun and enthusiastic, and science classes were always quite chilled out. Like you didn’t have to be perfectly quiet all the time. And in science we got to play with bunsen burners and cool stuff like that!
