  Well according to Einstein, no object can travel at the speed of light. But lets say your car is travelling at almost the speed of light… if a person was watching when you turned the headlights on, then they could still see the normal beam of light, but it wouldn’t be travelling any faster than normal because according to the laws of physics, nothing can go faster than the speed of light!
