• Question: how much do u get payed for beying a scientist ?

      Typical PhD student funding – £13-17k per year,plus fieldwork budget, plus anything you get from consultancies.

      I get about £1000 a month plus £17 an hour for teaching. But i usually only teach 3 hours per week.

      It’s not as much money as some jobs but i think it’s still pretty good!
