  There are cancer vaccines out there but they only work against cancers that are caused by viruses. There are two main cancer causing viruses and these cause cervical and liver cancer. we dont have vaccines against the other kinds of cancer yet, but I know that lots of people are doing research on it. They want to find a way of getting our own immune system to recognise that cancer is bad and help the body fight against it. Its really exciting research!
