No I haven’t ever made anything that was harmful to Humans, or had an experiment that went wrong; but I do work with some dangerous chemicals. One of the chemicals I use is called DMF, dimethylformaldehyde. This chemical is dangerous for women if you breathe it in because it can make you infertile, or miscarry if you are pregnant. So whenever I use DMF, I always wear a mask to stop me breathing it in. (because although i don’t want babies now, i don’t want to be unable to have them in the future).

My operation went really well. It was pretty scary getting the general anesthetic though. It doesn’t feel like falling asleep, you are just awake one minute, and asleep the next! When the nurse woke me up after my operation, I burst into tears because it gave me such a shock. I was so sleepy and I couldn’t really move and I didn’t realise that I’d had the operation because I couldn’t remember going to sleep. It was so weird!
